Kevin Vaden provides CRM and web technical support on the Technology team and is a founding member of BBG’s operations. He has more than 10 years in his current focus and an IT career that spans four decades across corporate and federal environments. Kevin has worked as a staff of one and on global teams in roles that include help desk, telecommunications, web services, hardware procurement and support, systems administration, data and systems security, intrusion analysis and remediation, and systems virtualization centers. He has trained with the SANS Institute, Dell, IBM, and Microsoft, and with agencies such as the Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, and the Defense Information Systems Agency. Certifications include MCSE, MVP, NSS PKI, and DoD PKI LRA. He is most proud of standing up BBG’s first online email and office systems and serving as a primary IT resource as the company has grown. Colleagues know him as analytical, tenacious, investigative, and calm. His approach is marked by determination, thoughtful analysis, and practical fixes that last.
