Tyler Madden serves as our Membership Operations Director and oversees technology platforms for our Community and acts as a primary project manager supporting teams across the company. With five years at BBG, he has contributed to most major initiatives and helped develop the Referral Partner Portal and Instant Automation Toolkit. He is currently focused on improvements to the BBG app. Colleagues know him for being helpful, taking initiative, and keeping the client perspective front and center. Tyler holds an MBA, is a Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt, and earned a BA in Music along with an audio engineering certification. He also teaches guitar and piano, a practice that sharpens his patience and communication. Known informally as the company’s taco king, he brings levity to serious work. His philosophy is to understand the bigger picture and then design technology and process that serve people, not the other way around. He studies philosophy in his spare time, a habit that keeps long-term thinking in view while he tackles practical problems day to day.
