He brings four years at BBG and a career rooted in customer service at The Home Depot, MC Sports, and Walmart. Colleagues know him as a morale builder who keeps things light, honest, and detail oriented. He helped transform internal communications by elevating a narrow channel into a companywide function that people actually read, pairing useful information with approachable tone. Tim holds a degree in criminal justice with emphasis in counterterrorism and homeland security, is certified in Monday.com, and is pursuing project management certification. He was BBG’s Team Member of the Month in May 2025 and played a rallying role in the launch communications for Wealthy and WellKnown. His philosophy is that work should be meaningful and fun. In practice that means clear systems, consistent followthrough, and a sense of humor that keeps teams engaged. Whether he is coordinating crossfunctional messaging or smoothing the path for daytoday operations, he aims to make the important things easy to do.
