He helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs, executives, and creators grow their visibility, sharpen their message, and become the go-to authority in their space. 

As host of the Decoding Success podcast, Matt has interviewed some of the most influential minds in personal development and business, including Mel Robbins, Dr. Nicole LePera, Grant Cardone, and Patrick Bet-David. Matt has cracked the code on being featured on dozens of globally top-ranked shows, contributing to his work reaching millions. 

Matt’s branding career began alongside Shark Tank’s Daymond John, where he supported book and podcast launches, content strategy, and partnerships for Daymond and other icons such as Tim Ferriss, Lewis Howes, Ryan Serhant, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Barbara Corcoran. While an intrapreneur at Brand Builders Group, his work as an entrepreneur has led to Forbes 30 Under 30 nominations in 2016 and a first-place win in the CUNY Startups × IBM Smart Pitch Competition.

In addition to his work in brand strategy and media, Matt is a passionate speaker and mentor. He has spoken at the University of Houston, FGCU, Norfolk State, and numerous CUNY campuses, and serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at CUNY Startups. From raising $15,000 for frontline workers to building a Little Free Library in Queens, New York, to walking 17 miles for suicide prevention, Matt leads with heart, service, and a mission to help others rise.
