About Me

Martha Olmos is Book Launch Services Administrator for Mission Driven Press, where she manages single and bulk orders across Amazon, Barnes and Noble, BooksAMillion, Bookshop, and independent stores, and coordinates invoicing and reconciliation. A week after orders are placed, she audits each transaction to secure refunds on undeliverable items, safeguarding costs and data integrity. Martha brings nearly two years in this role and 38 years as a senior executive assistant supporting managing directors, vice presidents, and CEOs at organizations such as Televisa, Televisión Azteca, Procter and Gamble, Reichmann International México, M+W Group, and BAL Group. She is known for coordination, crossdepartment liaison work, expense stewardship, public relations, and meticulous followthrough. Her earlier experience includes supplier negotiations, executive travel, event planning, and confidential records management. A certified bilingual parliamentary executive secretary, Martha is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient in Microsoft Office. She approaches work with a customercentric, detaildriven, and collaborative philosophy grounded in integrity, reliability, empathy, and respect. Inspired by Rory and AJ Vaden’s example of service, she takes pride in helping authors launch books that help people, which in turn helps communities flourish.
