About Me

Maggie Hernandez manages finance operations and customer service, serving as a bridge between clients and the finance team. With more than five years in her current focus and prior experience at multinational companies, including Volkswagen de México and Greenbrier, she brings high standards shaped by the automotive industry’s precision and compliance. Colleagues know her for meticulous research, honesty, performance under pressure, and a steady drive to improve processes. At BBG she has strengthened the commission review process, corrected metrics and payments that affect budget projections, and leads a humancentered collections project that protects relationships while meeting goals. She is advancing SOP standardization so Finance can be a model department, applying best practices aligned with VDA norms. Maggie holds a bachelor’s in international business, an MBA, and an international project management certification, and she has training in quality standards. She is currently studying data science through MIT. Outside of work she has earned medals in athletics, padel, and Muay Thai, evidence of discipline and resilience. Guided by Stoic principles drawn from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus, she focuses on what is within her control and brings integrity, respect, and continuous learning to every task.
