About Me

Jayne Weber is Experience Coordinator on the People and Operations team and a founding member of Brand Builders Group. With 15 years of experience, she helped create and implement the client experience for events and delivery, organized company volunteer projects that raised tens of thousands of dollars and served hundreds in need, and designed team care initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. Jayne holds a degree in business management and was recognized as Team Member of the Month. Colleagues know her for attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and a servicefirst approach. Her philosophy is to look for ways to contribute without waiting to be asked, prioritize the greater good over convenience, and carry responsibility from idea through execution. She credits AJ Vaden as a central mentor whose example of precision, action, and care informs Jayne’s own leadership. The throughline in her work is consistent: make experiences excellent for clients and sustainable for teams.
