Carolina Groom

Carolina Groom is Author Coordinator for Mission Driven Press and serves as the central project manager guiding authors through editorial and launch. She works closely with Forefront Books and Brand Builders Group to align timelines, decisions, and communication. Authors rely on her as the primary point of contact for questions and updates, and she keeps deadlines visible so projects stay on track. Carolina now runs smaller launches and supports listhitting campaigns. She is especially proud of her work on Wealthy and WellKnown, which became MDP’s first New York Times bestseller. Before BBG, she worked in magazine editorial and as an account manager for a social media strategy firm, handling content planning. Colleagues know her for attention to detail, fast learning, and dependable support. Carolina earned a bachelor’s in marketing with a minor in business from the University of Alabama. She approaches work with integrity, proactive communication, and adaptability, guided by mentors who emphasize listening first and treating every interaction as an opportunity to build trust.
