Common Questions We Get
How is my membership year counted for “Year 2+,” “Year 3+,” etc.?
Each full 12-month commitment counts as one membership year. So, after your first 12 months, you roll into Year 2, and so on.
If I lapse and rejoin, does my eligibility reset?
Yes — if there’s a gap in your membership, your eligibility resets when you come back.
If I switch between Pro and Premier, does that affect my eligibility year?
No — a 12-month commitment is a 12-month commitment. Your bonuses, however, will reflect the level you’re in. For example, if you were in Premier for 2 years, you’ll unlock the Premier-specific Year 2+ bonuses.
Can I transfer my implementation credit to someone else or a team seat?
No. This credit is just for you!
Can I combine my $2,500 credit with referral credits, coupons, or other promotions?
Referral commissions are paid out directly to you, the client. If you choose to invest your referral commissions towards a Brand Strategy Session and then use your $2500, as well, that is your decision to make!
Can I apply the credit to deposits or retainers, or only to final invoices?
Credits are applied to final invoices only.
If I already have an IAT template from a previous year, can I choose a different one when I renew?
Yes — you’ll be able to pick a new template at renewal. After 5 years with us, you will have collected all that we offer to date! A great way to build and scale your email pipelines!
When will my IAT template and Bots be activated after I renew?
Right away — activation happens once your renewal payment is processed and the agreement signed.
Can I add additional IAT templates beyond the one included?
Yes, additional templates are available for purchase for $6500 each. If I were strategic, I would just renew every year and collect them 😉
The VIP luncheon is limited to 12 people—what happens if more than 12 Year 5+ members want the same date?
Seats are filled first-come, first-served. If demand exceeds capacity, a waitlist will be created.
Can I bring a guest to the VIP luncheon?
No — this experience is exclusively for qualifying members.
How are seats allocated and is there a waitlist?
Seats are allocated in the order registrations are received. If full, you’ll be added to the waitlist.
