How is my membership year counted for “Year 2+,” “Year 3+,” etc.?
Every 12 months of uninterrupted membership counts as a year.
If I lapse and rejoin, does my eligibility reset?
Yes — your eligibility restarts when you rejoin.
If I switch between Pro and Premier, does that affect my eligibility year?
No — your membership years carry with you, but your bonuses always match the level you’re currently in.
How many people are typically in each Premier Peer Mastermind session?
Usually between 50-150 members, divided into smaller, customer journey centric breakout groups of 7 for focused and intentional discussion.
If I miss a quarterly mastermind session, can I access a recording?
You can access the live Q&A session on the second hour, but not the breakouts. That part of the mastermind is designed as a live, peer to peer session, so those will not be recorded.
Can I request specific topics for the Premier Peer Mastermind sessions?
Yes — we welcome topic suggestions, though final topics are set by the facilitator based on member needs.
How are breakout groups assigned during the session?
Groups are assigned based on your customer journey stage, focus area, or shared goals. There will be a pre- mastermind survey each quarter to ensure the most aligned group.
How do I secure my spot and are there limits per session?
Your spot is included in your membership. Attendance is unlimited, though breakout group sizes are capped for best experience.
How often will my Premier Community Concierge reach out to me?
You’ll hear from them at least once a month with check-ins for accountability.
Can I request specific types of connections or referrals from my Concierge?
We would urge you to fill out the Community Request form HERE. We will get to work connecting you via email!
What is the expected response time when I contact my Concierge?
You can expect a response within 2 business days, M-F 9am-5pmCST.
Through which channels can I reach my Concierge?
Email is best, but you’ll also connect through our member platform.
If I switch from Premier to Pro mid-year, do I get immediate IAT access?
If you switch and upgrade to RENEW at PRO Annual or Monthly at midyear, you will automatically receive an IAT template, but your 12 months does start over from the date of your renewal upgrade.
If I switch from Pro to Premier mid-year, how does that affect my IAT template choice?
We would have to remove your Template access and Template Bot access. You would be eligible for the Premier renewal bonuses.
Can I split my $500 Premier implementation credit across different services?
No. You must leverage your credit for one of the offerings. Trust me- it will go further when you do that! No diluted focus or funds 😉
Can I combine my $500 Premier credit with referral commissions?
Referral commissions are paid out directly to you, the client. If you choose to invest your referral commissions in a Brand Strategy Session and then use your $500, as well, that is your decision to make!
If I upgrade to Pro after being a Premier member for 4 years, do I get the $2,500 Pro credit?
Yes, your bonuses align with your level.
If I choose not to renew and I have not used by $500 credit, can I use it on an offering after I cancel?
No, unfortunately credits are reserved for active members. You need to use it during your memberhsip or you will lose it!
